Directions

1. Brush your teeth with L.A Cosmetics Teeth Whitening Paste and Cleanse this will remove surface stains and any build up of plaque.
2. Charge your LED light for at least 2 hours
   
3. Apply a generous amount of gel to the smile area of your teeth.
4. Insert the mouth guard, press play on the LED light and activate the gel for 16 minutes. You can use either the blue, red or both blue and red light depending on your requirements. 
5. Remove the mouth guard and rinse your teeth with the L.A Cosmetics Cleanse after use, repeat the following day.
6. Ensure you use your kit for 6 consecutive days for ultimate results
